The Siwela sparkling Sauvignon blanc, a small batch produced under the African Crown range is made of 100 % Sauvignon blanc grapes hand harvested from the Stellenbosch region. The grapes were harvested and processed cool, free run juice fermented for 21 days in a stainless steel tank. Bubbles were delicately introduced through second tank fermentation, racked off the lees and stabilized. This wine is off dry with delicate passion fruit, peach, and melon aromas.

A perfect wine to toast and enjoy the little moments in life that count.

Refreshing when served chilled.
