STOPGEL FOLIAR FERTILIZER Cum BIOPESTICIDE: StopGel controls most common farm and domestic pests including but not limited to:- Farm pests- Fall army worm in maize and other crops, tuta absoluta in tomatoes, caterpillars affecting different crops, mealy bugs affecting pawpaws, coffee, legumes and fruit trees. Thrips’ and mites’ eggs hence breaking their life cycle.

MODE OF ACTION: Stop Gel’s mode of action is suffocation and dehydration.
PRODUCT COMPOSITION; Stop Gel is a gel formulation of rabbit urine and special crop concentrates that stick to the pests body and blocking the insects ability to breath through direct contact with the pest.
POST-HARVEST INTERVAL; Rue Organics products including StopGel leaves no toxic chemical residues and therefore the sprayed crop can be washed and eaten immediately after spraying.
EVALUATION OF STOPGEL AS A BIOPESTICIDE; StopGel has been tested as a possible alternative to the harzadous chemicals used in the control of fall army worm in maize by a reputedly accredited university and found to be highly effective alternative.
OTHER EVALUATION TRIALS ; StopGel was evaluated through FAO under the Farmer Field School Program (FFS) carried out in Embu County in 2018, and by CABI in Western region in 2019. StopGel is widely used in horticultural farms doing exports and local produce in production of French beans, peas, potatoes tomatoes, maize, wheat, flower industry and all kinds of crops
