The optimal operating conditions for this grease in terms of temperature, is from -30 to 205 0C, however short periods of elevated temperatures can be tolerated without severe damage to the product.

Megatron Water Based Degreaser is an environmentally friendly, general purpose degreasing fluid suitable for cleaning grease and oil deposits in most industrial and automotive applications. Being water based, Megatron Water Base degreaser has no flash point and is therefore extremely safe to use, particularly in poor ventilated areas or areas the pose a fire risk, where the traditional, solvent based degreasers could be prove dangerous. It is biodegradable, of medium alkalinity and has anti-static properties to improve its cleaning efficiency. 

Application:

Megatron Water Based Degreaser is particularly suited to degreasing of industrial and automotive machinery components and general cleaning in engineering workshops and service bays.

It should be used as follows:-

• General degreasing: Remove excess grease and oil using suitable scraper or wire brush. Apply Megatron Water Based Degreaser with a brush or high pressure spray. Allow to stand and rinse with clean water.
