Aſter malolactic fermentation, wine is racked into 2nd and 3rd fill barrels and stainless-steel tanks with a combination of French and American oak staves for 12 months to add structure and complexity. The wine is then Dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the product retains its distinctive wine body, color and flavor.

This is a great home grown South African Non-Alcoholic Wine. It has the complexity of a red wine and is rich on the pallet. As with most Dealcoholized wines, it tastes better when chilled colder than a traditional wine.
