Production Details

Origin: Sourced from vineyards in the Western Cape, South Africa, specifically planted on south-west facing slopes to benefit from cool ocean breezes.

Grape Variety: Made entirely from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are handpicked and handled reductively to prevent oxidation, allowing the fruitiness to shine through. After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for two months to add complexity. It is then de-alcoholised using a gentle spinning cone technology, which preserves the wine's body, color, and flavor while removing alcohol at low temperatures.
