Megatron Shutter Release Oil is recommended as a non-staining concrete release agent that provides exceptional releasing properties. It is applied neat as a coating on the insides of mould surfaces and shutters to be filled with cement or concrete. Incorporated in the blend are special additives to ensure smooth release and finishes on a wide variety of manufacturing and building applications. It is compatible with Non-absorbent materials, .aluminium, steel and Fiberglass.
Surfaces should be clean before application. Remove previous build-up of concrete, rust, scale and dirt. DO NOT DILUTE. It may be applied by brush, roller, spray or dripping on forms immediately before pouring concrete. Must be kept off reinforcing steel. Estimated coverage up to 60m2 per litre depending porosity.
