Brewing
instructions

1. Start by
   boiling fresh, cold water. Once the water is heated, let it sit for a few
   minutes to allow it to cool slightly. AllergyEase tea is best brewed at a temperature
   between 200-212°F (93-100°C).
2. Place
   one AllergyEase tea bag in your cup or mug. If you prefer a stronger
   flavor, you can use more than one tea bag.
3. Pour the
   hot water over the tea bag(s) and let steep for 5-7 minutes. You can
   adjust the steeping time to your personal preference for taste.

Green tea is low in caffeine content making it a great alternative to many beverages. The leaves are harvested from the Camellia sinensis plant grown in Kaptebeswet gardens of Kericho, Kenya. Once harvested, the leaves are steamed to limit oxidation then gently rolled. It is this shape that gives Erlu’s Vintage Green its fresh, grassy and sweet taste.
