Grapes from Bot River. 30% whole-bunch fermentation. Subtle and elusive aromatics of Turkish Delight, cranberry, red cherry, white pepper and just a little earthiness. Pure fruit, lively acidity and powdery tannins, the finish nicely dry. Alc: 13.5%.
