The rice grain is an African wild grain known as Oryza Glabberima which contains

• Lower sugar: for consumers who are careful about sugar consumption from regular rice.

• Dietary fiber: this would help retain water during digestion and bowel movements.

• Non sticky: the rice grain rises very optimally while being cooked and doesn't form a mash nor is it sticky when prepared.

• Zero gluten: this is to help consumers who have gluten allergy in the gut as this grain contains no gluten at all

•Riboflavin: which is known as Vitamin B2 which helps in energy production and fat breakdown.

The rice comes in boxes containing two pouches.
