Description: Hygienically prepared uncooked pap made from millet, red guinea corn, yellow maize and soyabeans.
Storage: Freezer 3 months, Fridge 10 days. If stored in the fridge, cover any uncooked leftovers in room temperature water, drain before each use.
How to use:
In a clean bowl mix 1 tablespoon uncooked pap in ¼ cup room temperature water until lumps are dissolved. In a small pot on medium heat bring ½ cup water to boil, slowly pour in the pap mixture while stirring at the same time. Continue to stir until a thick mixture free from lumps is obtained. Serve warm.
OPTIONAL : Best served alone, or with breastmilk, Pure peanut butter, Fruit Puree, Thickshake, MASH Nut Milk.
