Zandaux Grand Launch in South Africa Propels "One Africa, One Market" Vision

On February 14th, 2024, South Africa witnessed the grand launch of Zandaux, a revolutionary multi-vendor platform poised to reshape African business connectivity and the B2B e-commerce sector. This launch follows successful debuts in Kenya and Nigeria in January, solidifying Zandaux's commitment to fostering business connectivity across the African continent. Zandaux's arrival in South Africa marks a significant milestone in its mission to create "One Africa, One Market."

The revolutionary multi-vendor platform, with its mission to create a "One Africa-One Market," has garnered widespread acclaim for its intuitive interface, robust features, and dedication to cultivating a vibrant business ecosystem. Designed to accommodate businesses of all sizes, Zandaux aims to bridge the gap between small and large enterprises, enabling them to reach markets that might have been inaccessible without a dedicated B2B E-commerce platform.

Franck Obambi Ngatse, the CEO of Zandaux, emphasised the significance of the platform, stating, “Our African market is made up of 70% small businesses. These businesses often struggle with budget constraints to reach their target audience. With Zandaux, businesses can now access markets they might not have reached otherwise, fostering a connected e-commerce environment focused on business collaboration.”

Zandaux stands as a beacon of innovation, poised to redefine African business connectivity. With a steadfast commitment to fostering seamless B2B transactions, promoting collaboration, and driving innovation, Zandaux emerges as a transformative force in the dynamic trade landscape of the region.

During the launch event, Mr. Daniel Maloba, Founder of Umoja Edtech and Maloba Consulting, delivered a keynote address, noting, “It is in this spirit of innovation and market creation that Zandaux operates. They recognize that combating poverty in Africa requires more than just addressing immediate needs; it demands a fundamental reshaping of the economic landscape. Through their platform, they are empowering businesses of all sizes to connect, collaborate, and thrive, thereby laying the foundation for sustained economic growth and prosperity across the continent.”

Since the establishment in 2020, Zandaux has made significant strides, listing more than 15,000 products on the platform and attracting close to 1000 merchants across the four countries where it operates. Dennis Reumer, the Chief Technology Officer of Zandaux, highlighted the platform's capabilities, stating, “Zandaux allows the now over 1000 joined manufacturers and suppliers across Africa to sell to their clients inside and outside of the country borders, as well as giving sellers and buyers access to communicate with one another.”

Looking ahead, Zandaux sets its sights on Egypt for its next launch in Africa on February 29th, 2024. With its innovative approach and commitment to fostering business connectivity, Zandaux continues to pave the way for economic growth and prosperity across the continent. As it expands its footprint, Zandaux remains dedicated to its mission of creating a unified marketplace that transcends borders and empowers businesses to thrive in the digital age.
