INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Insert 1 tea bag in a cup of hot water 

2. Stir slowly to extract the active components

3. Hold for 3 - 5 minutes to brew and stir again

4. Remove the tea bag

5. Add your preferred sweetener ( optional ) and mix to taste

6. Enjoy your hot tea 

You can as well as add to your other favorite drinks like soups, tea with milk etc.
